Who we are

timnaughton.co is Tim Naughton’s site, run by Naughton Ventures LLC, a Texas company. Questions or requests about your information go to tim@timnaughton.co.

I don’t sell your information, I don’t run ads, and there are no analytics or tracking scripts on this site.

What I collect, and why

When you subscribe. I keep your email address, the page you signed up from, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address (a hash) that helps block spam. You get a short series of emails, and then the newsletter.

When you take the Exit-Ready Score or the Marketing Quiz. I keep your email address, and for the Exit-Ready Score your answers and scores too. You’re added to the newsletter so I can follow up. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When you contact me. I keep your name, email, company, topic and message, and I get a copy by email.

Portfolio demos. One demo game on the portfolio page loads a styling library from a public CDN, which sees your browser’s request the way any website does.

Who handles it for me

Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores what you send. Resend sends the email. If the newsletter is sent through Beehiiv, your email address is copied there. Booking links go to my scheduling provider, whose own privacy policy applies once you’re there.

How long I keep it

Newsletter signups stay until you unsubscribe. After that I keep your address marked "unsubscribed" so you never get emailed again by mistake. Scores and messages are kept while we may work together. Ask and I’ll delete any of it.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Wherever you live, you can email tim@timnaughton.co to see what I hold about you, fix it, or have it deleted. I’ll answer within 30 days.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
