The Exit-Ready Score and the Marketing Quiz give general estimates based on the answers you enter. They aren’t a valuation, or legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Check with a qualified professional before you act on them.
Paid work
Consulting and advisory work is covered by the proposal or agreement we sign together. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Content
The writing, tools and design on this site belong to Tim Naughton and Naughton Ventures LLC. You can quote short passages with a link back. Please don’t republish whole pages without asking.
Things not to do
Don’t use the site to break the law, and don’t overload, attack or spam the site or its forms.
