Most consultants will study your business for two months before they do anything. I don't. The 90-Day Systems Install is a hands-on operating engagement — I come in as a working partner, not a researcher. I dig in right away to audit what's broken, design the system that should exist, build it into your existing stack (or a brand new stack), train your team, and hand off with documentation that makes continued operation easy. You walk away with a business that runs on architecture, not on whoever's been holding it together.
Weeks 1–2: Audit. Onboarding, stakeholder interviews, full written audit by end of week 2. Diagnosis only.
Weeks 3–6: Design & build. I'm in your tools, building real things. Weekly stakeholder feedback.
Weeks 7–10: Install & tune. Systems are live. We run them, monitor, and adjust.
Weeks 11–12: Handoff. Documentation finalized. Two team trainings. 30-day async support window opens.
Project fee will depend on scope and business complexity. Structured as 50% on kickoff, 40% on delivery (typically week 10), and 10% after the final training. No retainer. No billing surprises.
The intro call is 30 minutes. I'll tell you honestly whether the Systems Install is the right move or whether something else would serve you better. No pitch, no hard close.
